Tomato, Avocado and Sweet Corn Salad
1 large ripe tomato, cut into eighths
1/2 ripe avocado, sliced
1 ear raw sweet corn sliced from cob
1 tbsp. lime juice
liberal splash of extra virgin olive oil
salt, pepper and oregano to taste
So tasty.
